Returns Policy
Dr Vapes we will do our utmost to resolve any issues you are having with your purchase. Please contact us to discuss your options.
An unwanted product can be returned to us for a refund within 14days as long as it's still in its original, unopened packaging. This returns policy is in line with your statutory rights and applies to all purchases made through our website and tele-sales.
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, we will arrange for the incorrect item/s to be collected by our courier, following which a replacement or refund can be issued.

Please note that we are unable to accept any return of e-liquids that have been unsealed or used in any way, as this would constitute a health and safety risk due to hygiene purposes. Furthermore we are unable to accept returns on any disposable devices due to hygiene and authenticity purposes. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from placing an order.
Refund Policy
Dr. Vapes will only offer a refund for missing or damaged goods. Please note if you order a Non-TPD complaint product within the EU your order will be refunded without warning.
Refunds will be processed within 5 working days, please ensure you contact us before returning goods for a reference number as without this the refund will not be processed.
Our policy spans a 14 day period. If 14 days have lapsed since you received your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 working days.
P&P will not be refunded. Whilst offers such as free shipping are valid, P&P will be deducted at a rate of £5.99. This could be subject to based on your country or location.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is issued due to processing times.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you are based, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £40, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This is to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
